Paul Landes

Paul began his consulting business, High Aim Resources in 1990. Paul developed an effective process for small business owners to develop their strategy and business plan. He has helped dozens of small business owners dramatically increase their business performance and profitability through his unique consulting practice.

The goal of Paul's consulting practice and The Executive Link is to give small business owners the opportunity to excel in their leadership and executive skills and to stay on the "cutting edge" of their industries.

Paul is active in community service work. He served as President of Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County four years. A 37 home subdivision was planned and initiated during his tenure. He presently serves as President of Bucks/Mont NARI, (National Association of the Remodeling Industry)

Paul earned his BA in Secondary Education at Arizona State University in Tempe Arizona. He is a certified facilitator for Total Quality Management earning that distinction from the Total Quality Institute in Mohnton, PA.
