Neil Hilkert

Neil has over 15 years of business operations and management experience in diverse areas such as industrial distribution, manufacturing, network marketing, retail and hospitality. He has extensive experience in using technology for small business, specifically telecommunications, MIS, software, and computer based marketing.

A Certified Human Behavior Consultant, and an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Delaware Valley College (DVC), he teaches courses in Management, Business Law, and Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship. He is also the Director of the Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development Institute.

Neil is the founder and facilitator of the North Penn Business Leaders Focus Group.

As an attorney, Neil is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as, in Federal Courts in those jurisdictions. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Neil has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Communication.
